Scott Kuwahara
My design philosophy is rooted in the fact that players engage with games for diverse reasons like competition, creativity, and discovery. I strive to create systems that are intuitive, rewarding, and balanced, ensuring that the experiences I help create can be enjoyed by as many people as possible.
Before studying game design, I competed professionally in Fortnite Battle Royale, earning over $35,000 in tournament winnings. More recently I've reached the highest rank in Teamfight Tactics and had the opportunity of competing in their Tacticians Cup for Magic & Mayhem.
In my free time I'm a freelance Esports Coach and enjoy playing Magic the Gathering at my local game store.
